Fillmore Central won the last time they faced St. Cecilia and things went their way  on Thursday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Bluehawks by a score of  28-19. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Panthers.
Fillmore Central can attribute much of their success to  Preston Komenda, who threw for 213 yards and two  TDs on only 12 passes.

 Fillmore Central didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Camden Temme,  Komenda,  and  Kinyon Miller picked up one apiece.
 Despite the loss, St. Cecilia still got an impressive performance from   Drake Rosno, who rushed for 193 yards and a pair of  touchdowns. Rosno's longest rush was for an incredible 71 yards.
The  victory was their first  on the road , bumping their record up to 4-5. As for St. Cecilia,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-8.
As of now, neither Fillmore Central nor the Bluehawks have any future games scheduled.
