Union Academy got a massive performance out of Taylor Surratt, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Paisley Boatright was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.
Union Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .840. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in four consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Providence had just enough and edged out Butler 5-4 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Panthers have posted against the Bulldogs since April 4, 2022.

Union Academy's win bumped their record up to 15-0. As for Providence, their victory bumped their record up to 14-1.
