On Friday, Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They took the contest and then some with a 44-0 win over Tioga. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-0. The match pushed Tioga down to 1-5 and pulled Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood up to the reverse at 5-1.
Next week Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood take on Ray/Powers Lake at 7:00 PM. Each team will be battling to keep a win streak alive as Mohall/Lansford/Sherwood skips in on four wins and Ray/Powers Lake on five. As for Tioga, they will face off against Divide County. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
