Humboldt entered their tilt with Osage City on Monday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Indians. The result was nothing new for the Cubs, who have now won 12 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Humboldt's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Osage City, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.
