The Eldon Mustangs will head out on the road to square off against the Warsaw Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
On Monday, Eldon didn't have quite enough to beat Sullivan and fell 6-4.
Braden Bk Bennett was huge no matter where he played even without the win. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Bennett was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one double. That double marked the first that he has hit this season.

In other pitching news, Eldon got a good showing from Braden Wrye, who pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. Wrye has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.
Back at the plate, Colten Bashore was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base. Lincoln Salsman also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
