After having lost a blowout in their match two weeks ago against Chester-Joplin-Inverness, Belt were happy to find some success on Friday. Everything came up roses for Belt against Hays-Lodge Pole as the team secured a 58-22 win. That result was just more of the same for Belt, who also won the last time these teams played.
The victory bumped Belt's record up to 2-3. Hays-Lodge Pole are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Next week Belt take on Choteau at Choteau at 7:00 PM. Keep an eye on the score for this one: those two teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up. Hays-Lodge Pole will have some time to rest before their next matchup, which is against Belt at 7:00 PM. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
