After flying high against Gibraltar  on Thursday, Peshtigo came back down to earth. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Chilton Tigers by a score of  2-1 on Saturday. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in October of 2024.
 Camryn Brissette paced Peshtigo's offense, picking up nine kills. Brissette got some help from  Skylyn Baxter and her nine assists.  Neela Sotka controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.
 Chilton found their leader in sophomore  Brenna Geiser, who  had 20  digs and two  aces.

 Peshtigo has already played their next matchup,  a  2-0  victory against New London on the 11th. As for Chilton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  2-0  loss against Freedom on the 11th.
