Lone Peak had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They beat the Corner Canyon Chargers by a goal, winning 2-1. Winning may never get old, but Lone Peak sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Juan Cubillas and Patrick Stevenson scored both of Lone Peak's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 13 goals.

Lone Peak's record is now 16-2. As for Corner Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

Looking ahead, Lone Peak will take on Riverton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Riverton will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Lone Peak surely won't give up without a fight. Corner Canyon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
