2A South Puget Sound recap November 13, 2013
Sumner extended the longest winning streak in 2A South Puget Sound this week by beating Renton, 45-21. The win marks 10th in a row for the the Spartans.
Washington led the league in scoring this week after putting up 46 points on Bainbridge.
Orting's Eddie Prong and Justin Kennett led the league in both passing and receiving yards. Prong has thrown for 1,176 yards this season, while Kennett has 33 catches for 710 yards. Keenan Fagan from White River leads the league in rushing with 717 yards.
As it stands, the Cardinals are in third, while the Hornets are in second.
White River made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,811 from 5,760. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 24-14 victory over North Mason last week.
