Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Sam Stewart stepped things up a notch to give Corvian Community the 'W'. Stewart scored two runs and stole a base. The effort marked the most runs he has had since back in February.

Stewart and Corvian Community will square off against East Gaston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Warriors will enter the matchup having just beaten Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, so the Cardinals will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
