There's no place like home for Baker, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 21-15 margin over the Donaldsonville Tigers on Thursday. The Buffaloes haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Baker's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Donaldsonville, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Baker will welcome North Iberville at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Baker has given up an average of 15.2 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week. As for Donaldsonville, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against West St. John at 4:00 p.m.
