Rison put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Hermitage Hermits 87-72. This was payback for the Wildcats, who suffered a 56-36 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Rison's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Hermitage, they dropped their record down to 2-8 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

Rison won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Drew Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hermitage, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll challenge Lafayette County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lafayette County will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Hermitage surely won't give up without a fight.
