James Logan on the road again on Monday and play against American at 4:00 p.m. on January 22nd. James Logan will be strutting in after a victory while American will be coming in after a loss.
Last Friday, James Logan narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Washington 2-1. The win was just what James Logan needed coming off of a 4-1 defeat in their prior contest.
They were led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Iziah Nand and
Alex Reynoso, who scored.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, American's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They were the victim of a rough 6-0 defeat at the hands of Newark Memorial. American has not had much luck with Newark Memorial recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
James Logan's win bumped their record up to 9-6-3. As for American, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8-1.
James Logan beat American by a goal in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for James Logan since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
