The Yavneh Academy Bulldogs waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They took down Dallas Lutheran 59-43. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Yavneh Academy also won the last time the pair played last Tuesday.
Yavneh Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Sam Rael out in front who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals. Rael is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. Joe Schwartz was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with three steals.
Yavneh Academy pushed their record up to 16-5 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.8 points per game. As for Dallas Lutheran, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.
Yavneh Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Dallas Lutheran also has no future games currently scheduled.
