St. Johns is a perfect 5-0 against Eastern since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Redwings will look to defend their home field against the Quakers at 4:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

St. Johns blew Okemos out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Okemos got their revenge. The Redwings fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Redwings have suffered since May 14, 2024.

Meanwhile, Eastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Fowlerville, falling 24-3.

Eastern's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for St. Johns, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-6 record this season.

St. Johns took their win against Eastern in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 24-0 score. Will the Redwings repeat their success, or do the Quakers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
