Texas Lions HomeSchool won the last time they faced Houston HomeSchool and things went their way on Thursday too. The Texas Lions HomeSchool Lions put the hurt on the Houston HomeSchool Raiders with a sharp 71-51 victory. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Texas Lions HomeSchool's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but LJ Clark led the charge by going 10 for 14 en route to 25 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Clark continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Karsen Ramsey, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 boards.

Texas Lions HomeSchool was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2024.

With the win, Texas Lions HomeSchool broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 27-5. As for Houston HomeSchool, their loss dropped their record down to 17-5.
