The Cedarcrest Red Wolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Shorewood Stormrays at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Cedarcrest is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
Last Thursday, Cedarcrest lost to Everett at home by a decisive 63-45 margin. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Cedarcrest in their matchups with Everett: they've now lost three in a row.
Despite the loss, Cedarcrest saw an underclassman step up: Kiki Anderson dropped a double-double on 20 points and 10 rebounds. Audrey Mattison was another key contributor, scoring 9 points.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 79-41, which was the final score in Shorewood's tilt against Lynnwood on Monday.
The losses dropped Cedarcrest to 0-4 and Everett to 1-1.
Cedarcrest ended up a good deal behind Shorewood in their previous matchup back in December of 2022, losing 54-37. Will Cedarcrest have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
