One of the hottest tickets last week involved the clash between St. John Bosco (3rd in the state) and Orange Lutheran (12th). St. John Bosco had all the answers against Orange Lutheran, winning 42 - 21. St. John Bosco especially relied on junior George Holani, who earned one touchdown and 147 yards rushing the ball, and senior Re-al Mitchell, who ran for 92 yards and also punched in two touchdowns.

Murrieta Valley repeated its 38-point performance from the game before for another record-booster in its most recent game. It breezed past Vista Murrieta with a final score of 38 - 17.
