Berkeley Prep found a leader in Rivers Kurland as the squad took down Dade Christian on Friday. Kurland wasn't messing around, striking out 11 batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with seven or more strikeouts.
