It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Southington Blue Knights had no problem doing just that  on Monday. They took down the Falcons 55-36.
 It was another big night for  Lily Cooper, who  dropped  a double-double on 18 points and 12  rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's  now  scored 17 or more in the last four games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hannah Blanchard, who  scored ten points along with six  rebounds.
 Southington's victory bumped their record up to 12-10. As for Ludlowe, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost five of their last six games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 12-10 record  this season.
 Southington will head out on the road to  take on  Sacred Heart Academy at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Sacred Heart Academy will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something Southington surely won't give up without a fight. Ludlowe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
