The Fox Creek Predators will challenge the Waccamaw Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Fox Creek is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.
Fox Creek barely beat South Aiken the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Predators blew past the Thoroughbreds 17-7 on Thursday. The Predators have beaten the Thoroughbreds the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Thoroughbreds has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Waccamaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 15-3 to Georgetown.
Kayla Sheedy made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Campbell Williams, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.
Fox Creek pushed their record up to 19-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.6 runs over those games. As for Waccamaw, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15.
Waccamaw's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Fox Creek has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .518. It's a different story for Waccamaw, though, as they've only averaged .300. Will they be able to contain Fox Creek's hitters?
