AAA District 7 recap Nov. 7, 2012
Siegel extended the longest winning streak in AAA District 7 this week by beating Oakland, 58-13. This was the team's 11th consecutive win.
Siegel took down the Patriots 58-13 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Oakland's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Patriots feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Emmanuel Smith has thrown for 628 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Kyle Oliver has 31 catches for 395 yards. Smith also leads the league in rushing with 777 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Greg Wyant's team and Blackman. The Stars comes into the matchup ranked third in the state, while the Blaze ranks 23rd.
Siegel led AAA District 7 in scoring this week after putting up 58 points on Oakland.
