Football Recap: Hudson Takes Down Tenoroc in a Playoff Battle

With a playoff win on the line, Hudson rose to the challenge on Thursday. They really took it to the Tenoroc Titans for the full four quarters, racking up a 42-0 win. The Cobras' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Hudson didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Travis Williams Jr. and Chandler Moore. Hudson is 2-1 when Moore posts one or more interceptions, but 3-5 otherwise. Chris Morillo was another major factor on D, picking up a sack, making six total tackles (2.0 for loss), and defending one pass.

Hudson's victory ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-6. As for Tenoroc, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.

Coming up, Hudson will take on Palatka at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Cobras will need to watch out since the Panthers have now posted at least 31 points in their last four contests. Tenoroc does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
