North Fork lost against Aspen back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Miners lost 3-0 to the Skiers. The Miners' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-13, 25-17.

Alyssa Dawes paced North Fork's offense, picking up four kills. Dawes got some help from Saydee Allen and her 12 assists.

North Fork's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Aspen, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-4.

North Fork didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Meeker on the 17th. As for Aspen, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Forge Christian on the 18th.
