Corinth Holders extended their winning streak to four on Friday, bumping their season record up to 20-3 in the process. Everything went their way against the Clayton Comets as they made off with an 11-1 victory. Considering the Pirates have won ten matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Clayton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-10 record this season. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for they, who until this contest were averaging 3.63 runs allowed.

For Clayton's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Evans, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one RBI.

Corinth Holders has already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Willow Spring on the 3rd. Clayton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
