After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Horizon Honors, the Chandler Prep Titans were happy to have found some success on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 56-32 margin over Sequoia Pathway Academy. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Chandler Prep considering their 11-point performance the match before.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chandler Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jane Quinlivan, who scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Quinlivan has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jill Mcdonald, who scored 13 points.
Chandler Prep now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Sequoia Pathway Academy, they dropped their record down to 2-11 with that loss, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chandler Prep will take on the Wolves at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Augustine Catholic is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. As for Sequoia Pathway Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Matador at 6:00 p.m. Maryvale Prep will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
