Bethany waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Putnam City Pirates as they made off with a 13-2 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-4 on March 1st.

Bethany pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Putnam City, their loss dropped their record down to 2-13.

Bethany wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 6-1 victory against Clinton on the 31st. As for Putnam City, they have also already played their next game, a 13-2 defeat against Anadarko on the 28th.
