After flying high against the West York Area Bulldogs last Friday, The Susquehannock Warriors came back down to earth. Susquehannock was the victim of a rough 49-28 loss at the hands of Kennard-Dale on Friday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Susquehannock in their matchups with Kennard-Dale: they've now lost five in a row.
Despite the loss, Susquehannock still got an impressive performance from Josh Pecunes, who rushed for 89 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 100 yards and three touchdowns.
Susquehannock's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 4-6. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 14.0 points per game. As for Kennard-Dale, their victory bumped their record up to 3-7.
Susquehannock does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kennard-Dale also has no future games currently scheduled.
