The Bakersfield Christian Eagles lost against the Garces Memorial Rams back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Bakersfield Christian fell just short of Garces Memorial by a score of 2-1. Bakersfield Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bakersfield Christian has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12-4 record this season. As for Garces Memorial, the win got them back to even at 9-9-1.
Bakersfield Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Highland at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Garces Memorial, they will head out on the road to take on Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Centennial's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 11 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
