This season hasn't been kind to the Crossroad Academy Scorpions, who are still winless after their 13th contest. Their tough 45-23 loss to Chiles on Thursday might stick with them for a while. Another player making a difference was Logan Poole, who scored five points along with eight rebounds and two steals.
Crossroad Academy's defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Chiles, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-11.
