Hialeah Educational Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past the Downtown Doral Dolphins 70-32. The Biggie haven't had any issues with the Dolphins recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Christian Lewis was nothing short of spectacular: he dropped a double-double with 22 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Dennis Pierre Jr, who posted 15 points and five assists.

Hialeah Educational Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Downtown Doral only racked up eight.

When it comes to explaining why Downtown Doral lost, don't look at Diego Velazco. Despite the final result, he went 7-for-16 en route to 16 points. Jesus Chirinos was another key player, putting up six points.

Hialeah Educational Academy has already played their next matchup, a 77-30 loss against Calvary Christian Academy on the 21st. As for Downtown Doral, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 72-67 defeat against Ransom Everglades on the 19th.
