16 must be Woodlawn's lucky number: they beat Smackover with that score not once but twice on Tuesday. The Bears were the clear victors by a 16-4 margin over the Buckaroos. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 matchups by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Tate Hall, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and three runs. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Garrett Weatherford, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

Woodlawn was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Woodlawn is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5 record this season.
