Ethan Stelzer gave up the fewest hits he has since back in April on Thursday. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over 5.1 innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because El Camino is undefeated when he allows at most two earned runs, but 9-11 otherwise.

Stelzer's strong effort led El Camino over Mt. Carmel and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.
