Siena Freitas Has Career-Day on Thursday
Starting off the list is Los Banos's Siena Freitas, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Thursday Freitas picked up 63 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 33 yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Los Banos has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. Freitas and Los Banos will venture away from home to challenge Atwater at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Lejarde Made Her Presence Known in Merced's 42-12 Win
Antonia Lejarde posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Thursday. She threw for 253 yards and three touchdowns while completing 71.8% of her passes, and also rushed for 53 yards and a touchdown. She has been hot , having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last six times she's played.
Buhach Colony's probably not too fond of Lejarde given she always seems to get the better of them. On October 1st (the last time Lejarde saw the Thunder), she threw for 342 yards and six touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

Buhach Colony Comes Up Short Despite Huge Game from Underclassman Emily Gallegos
While Buhach Colony couldn't topple Merced on Thursday, it's impossible to ignore the impact made by underclassman Emily Gallegos. Nobody could stop Gallegos as he rushed for 60 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 75 receiving yards.
If the past is any indication, Gallegos could be in store for another big game when she takes on Golden Valley on Thursday. Gallegos picked up 100 receiving yards, and also rushed for 60 yards the last time she and the Cougars duked it out two weeks ago.

Atwater Wins Tenth-Straight Thanks to Madison Hiler
Madison Hiler was instrumental in extending Atwater's winning streak to ten on Thursday. Hiler rushed for 82 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, and also threw for 89 yards and two touchdowns, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Atwater pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Hiler and Atwater will face off against Los Banos at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Ariel Ochoa Goes Supernova in El Capitan Win
Rounding off our Top Five is Ariel Ochoa of El Capitan. Ochoa threw for 352 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80.4% of her passes.
Ochoa might have her next game, a home matchup with Merced, circled on her calendar. When Ochoa last faced the Bears two weeks ago, she threw for 280 yards and five touchdowns while completing 81% of her passes.
