Ty'Asia Carver and Claire Schnecker were among the main playmakers for Ossining as the former posted 19 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists and the latter put up 17 points along with six steals and five boards. Schnecker's afternoon made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Torrieri, who had four points along with eight assists and five boards.

Edison's victory was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.5 points per game. As for Ossining, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
