Basketball Recap: Brandon Greene Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Milford Mill Academy

Carver Vo-Tech won the last time they faced Milford Mill Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Carver Vo-Tech Bears came out on top against the Milford Mill Academy Millers by a score of 61-54.

Carver Vo-Tech's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brandon Greene, who went 5 of 11 on his way to 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaiden Matthews, who went 6 for 15 on his way to 16 points and five rebounds.

The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.0 points per game. As for Milford Mill Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2.
