The Oroville Tigers will head out on the road to square off against the West Valley Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oroville is no doubt hoping to put an end to an eight-game streak of away losses.
Thursday just wasn't the day for Oroville's offense. Their rough 7-0 defeat to Corning on Thursday might stick with them for a while.
Meanwhile, West Valley's last match on Thursday was all defense as neither team scored a goal. They and Anderson finished up their match with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time West Valley has been dealt a draw since back in January.
Oroville's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. West Valley's draw gives them a new season record of 5-9-5.
