The Sky View Bobcats are taking a road trip to take on the Logan Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Sky View has three straight wins, Logan has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.
Sky View is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They strolled past Mountain Crest with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 65-49. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Bobcats with their most commanding win of the season.

Sky View can attribute much of their success to Zachary Oxborrow, who went 6 for 9 on his way to 18 points, and Macade Rolle, who went 7 of 13 en route to 20 points. The dominant performance gave Oxborrow a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Chance Wilson, who posted six points.
Meanwhile, Logan was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 64-59 to Green Canyon. While losing is never fun, the Grizzlies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 92nd, while the Wolves are ranked 13th).
Sky View will have to contain Reed Olsen as he made an impact in Logan's last game. He dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards. Olsen has been hot, having posted ten or more rebounds the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Clayton, who put up 11 points.
Sky View is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.3 points per game. As for Logan, their loss dropped their record down to 4-10.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Sky View has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 23.8 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Logan struggles in that department as they've been averaging 27.2 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Sky View came up short against Logan when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 57-45. Thankfully for Sky View, Jordan Child (who went 6 of 11 on his way to 20 points and eight rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result? There's only one way to find out.
