Eldorado played in conference for the first time on Friday and they got just the result they we're looking for. They managed a 48-42 win over the Flora Wolves. This was a revenge game for the Eagles: when they faced off against the Wolves back in December of 2024, they had to take a 48-26 defeat.

Eldorado's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jake Phelps led the charge by putting up 15 points. Drayson Grathler was another key player, scoring 13 points.

Eldorado's victory bumped their record up to 6-20. As for Flora, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 8-18 record this season.

Looking ahead, Eldorado won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Carrier Mills-Stonefort at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Flora, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against Althoff Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
