Meanwhile, Dayspring Christian Academy scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They claimed a resounding 72-39 victory over Denver Academy at home. That looming 72-39 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Dayspring Christian Academy yet this season.
Flatirons Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 75.3 points per game. As for Dayspring Christian Academy, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-6.
Everything came up roses for Flatirons Academy against Dayspring Christian Academy when the teams last played back in January of 2023 as the team secured a 72-38 victory. With Flatirons Academy ahead 36-12 at the half, the game was all but over already.
