The Grady Bronchos lost to the Reserve Mountaineers back in December of 2021, but the Grady Bronchos didn't allow the Reserve Mountaineers the same satisfaction on Saturday. Grady managed a 51-45 win over Reserve.
Grady found their leader in underclassman Zander Ciancio, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Ciancio has scored at least 25% of Grady's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jai Padilla, who scored 8 points.
Grady's victory bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Reserve, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Grady will be playing in front of their home fans against Floyd at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Reserve is on the road again on Thursday and play against Hatch Valley at 5:00 p.m. on December 7th.
