Washington-Marion barely beat Lake Charles College Prep the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Charging Indians blew past the Trailblazers 18-10 on Tuesday. With that victory, the Charging Indians brought their scoring average up to 6.2 runs per game.
Kelsi Starland was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and six unearned) runs off three hits.
