The Vacaville Bulldogs waltzed into Saturday's matchup with two straight wins but they left with three. They walked away with a 61-50 victory over Bishop Manogue. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Vacaville also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Despite the loss, Bishop Manogue still got an impressive performance from Kaden Rowe, who scored 13 points along with 9 rebounds. Rowe scored a full 26% of Bishop Manogue's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Jamahl Jackson was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Vacaville's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Bishop Manogue, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vacaville will take on Benicia at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bishop Manogue, they will play host again and welcome Galena, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
