The Silver Stage Nighthawks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their third straight loss. They fell 28-18 to Dayton.
Dayton can attribute much of their success to Aileen Hernandez, who scored 14 points. The game was Hernandez's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kennidi Smith, who scored 8 points.
Silver Stage's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Dayton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Coral Academy of Science - Reno the next time they take the court. Dayton will head out to face Coral Academy of Science - Reno at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, while Silver Stage will head out to face them at 11:30 a.m. on December 12th.
