Northeast's game back in March was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They secured a 13-7 W over the Hallandale Chargers. That's more bragging rights for the Hurricanes, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Northeast has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.8 points on average over those games. As for Hallandale, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Northeast wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 19-0 loss against South Broward on the 2nd. As for Hallandale, they will square off against Avant Garde Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Chargers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
