Friends Select lost a heartbreaker the last time they played George School, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's matchup. The Falcons put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 8-2 win on Friday. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Dante DiCicco, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and two RBI. Those RBI were his first of the season.

Friends Select's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for George School, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Friends Select will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Executive Education Academy Charter School at 4:00 p.m. on the 12th. George School does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
