Highland Rim Academy won the last time they faced the Pleasant View Christian Warriors, and things went their way on Monday too. Highland Rim Academy came out on top against Pleasant View Christian by a score of 51-40.
Pleasant View Christian's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Gwen Carr, who scored 17 points along with four steals, and Nellie Frame who scored eight points. Carr has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played.
The win got Highland Rim Academy back to even at 4-4. As for Pleasant View Christian, they dropped their record down to 6-10 with that loss, which was their third straight at home.
Highland Rim Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Pleasant View Christian will head out on the road to take on Victory Baptist Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
