After three games on the road, St. Mary is heading back home. They will take on the Ravenscroft Ravens at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication,  the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Bowen was even better at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. She hasn't dropped below two  stolen bases for three straight games.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Shelby Little, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in five of her six plate appearances.  Molly Lanahan was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs while going 2-for-5.
 Meanwhile, Ravenscroft came into Tuesday's   matchup having lost 12 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Durham Academy 26-11. With that  win, Ravenscroft brought their scoring average up to 10.5  runs per game.
 Ravenscroft got a  massive  performance out of  Cole MacKinnon, who  got on base  in all five of her plate appearances with four  runs, four  RBI,  and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Macie Mackinnon, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in four of her five plate appearances.
 The  victory  got St. Mary's back to even at 2-2. As for Ravenscroft, their  win (their first of the  season) made their record 1-3.
 Tuesday's   contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. St. Mary's has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .517. However, it's not like Ravenscroft struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .500. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Everything went St. Mary's way against Ravenscroft when the teams last played  back in April of 2023 as St. Mary's made off with  a  23-8 victory. Will St. Mary's repeat their success,  or does  Ravenscroft have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
