Las Plumas has gone a perfect 3-0 against Live Oak recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Las Plumas will be playing in front of their home fans against Live Oak at 4:00 p.m. Las Plumas will be looking to extend their current 13-game winning streak.

Las Plumas picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They walked away with an 8-5 win over Shasta.

Lexi Hobbs was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted over her last ten matches. Adriana Heredia was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.

Hobbs wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Las Plumas kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Shasta only managed eight hits.

Meanwhile, after a string of six wins, Live Oak's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They fell just short of Hamilton by a score of 3-2. The Lions were red-hot at the plate heading into the game (they scored no less than ten runs in the four contests prior), but the Braves' pitchers proved too tough.

Live Oak saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aleena Ramirez, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases. Ramirez is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Meredith Bole also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Las Plumas' victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Live Oak, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.

Tuesday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Las Plumas hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .381. However, it's not like Live Oak struggles in that department as they've averaged .362. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Everything went Las Plumas' way against Live Oak in their previous meeting back in April of 2018, as Las Plumas made off with an 11-2 win. Will Las Plumas repeat their success, or does Live Oak has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
