Baxter Neal and Nevin Sheedy made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound, Neal pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits (he also only allowed one walk). Meanwhile, Sheedy kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. At bat, Neal scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3, while Sheedy went 1-for-1 with two RBI and a double.
